What are we doing?
MLL are planning to build a new 33kV switchroom at our Spring Creek Substation.  This will house new switchgear, including new cables in and out of the substation and allow for the removal of the existing tee connections from the lines that supply Picton.   

This work is very similar to the project we recently completed at Woodbourne Substation. We will tender for the building construction, civil works, switchgear supply and electrical design.  All electrical work including cable installation will be done by Marlborough Lines.
